01 — The house
Founded in 2003, CFVN established its first production base in China. In 2019, we opened a modern seamless factory in Da Nang, Vietnam — creating a dual-site global supply chain that lets our partners avoid trade tariffs while accessing the same craft standard.
We specialise in high-end activewear and intimate apparel for European and American houses. Every step — knitting, dyeing, bonding, sewing, testing, packing — happens inside our walls. Nothing is outsourced.

02 — Capacity
Vietnam runs 193 Santoni machines across 26 sewing lines. China adds another 200 machines and 20 lines. By 2027, Phase III lifts the group to 280 machines, 60 sewing lines and 4.5M pieces per month.

Seamless active sportswear, yoga leggings, seamless bras and loungewear. Bring us a mood, a swatch or a fit reference — we handle custom textures, dip-dye washing and seamless bonding craftsmanship at scale.

We hold every audit certificate European and American retailers require — and enforce AQL 1.5 sampling plus 100% metal detection on every finished carton before it leaves the floor.
