CFVN (Celebrity Fashion) is a vertically integrated seamless garment manufacturer. Founded in 2003 in China, expanded to Da Nang, Vietnam in 2019 — today we operate 393 Santoni machines and 46 sewing lines across two production bases, delivering high-end activewear and intimate apparel to the world's leading European and American brands.

CFVN Seamless Factory — The Full Picture.

Company Overview

  • CFVN (Celebrity Fashion) is an integrated enterprise combining design, R&D, production and trade. Founded in 2003, we established our first production base in China. In 2019 we built a modern overseas seamless garment factory in Da Nang, Vietnam, forming a dual-base global supply chain across China and Vietnam. We mainly undertake orders of high-end activewear and intimate apparel from Europe and America — effectively avoiding trade tariffs and delivering a truly global production footprint.

Production Scale & Capacity

  • Equipment: We mainly adopt Santoni seamless knitting machines. The Vietnam factory is equipped with 193 machines and 26 sewing lines; the China factory has 200 machines and 20 production lines.
  • Current capacity: Vietnam factory monthly output reaches 2.0–2.5 million seamless garments; the China factory achieves 1.8–2.0 million pieces per month.

Expansion Plan

  • Phase 3 construction starts in 2026 — total plant area expands to 58,000 m² with 28–40 additional sewing lines, raising monthly output by 1.5 million pieces.
  • By 2027 we will operate 280 Santoni machines and 60 sewing lines, with monthly capacity rising to 4.4–4.5 million pieces — one of the leading seamless manufacturers in Southeast Asia.

Full-Chain Production Workshops

  • We complete the whole production process in-house without outsourcing.
  • Knitting workshop — seamless tubular grey fabrics produced independently.
  • Dyeing workshop — dyeing, washing and color fixation.
  • Bonding workshop — seamless heat pressing at 150,000–200,000 pcs per month.
  • Sewing workshop — stitching, trimming and final assembly.
  • Internal LAB — darkroom, color-fastness and tensile testing; technicians hold BV and SGS qualifications for fabric testing, color matching and lab-dip approval.

Complete Production Process

  • Yarn warehousing → yarn conditioning → seamless knitting → 100% inspection → autoclave pre-treatment → dyeing & washing → color approval → sorting & bundling → sewing → full inspection → AQL 1.5 sampling inspection → 100% final inspection → metal detection → finished-goods warehousing.

Supply Chain Advantages

  • Dual-site layout: the China factory produces fabrics; the Vietnam factory manufactures and ships finished garments to enjoy preferential tariff policies. We also cooperate with manufacturers in Madagascar to diversify order risks.
  • Powerful R&D team: in-house technical designers and professional colorists track global fashion trends and provide fabric development, texture customization, garment washing and printing services — supporting customers with full-season collection development.

Quality Control System

  • Full-process QC: 100% inspection after knitting, sorting after dyeing, full checking after sewing; final shipment inspection strictly follows international AQL 1.5.
  • Compliance certificates: OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GRS, Higg Index, SMETA, WRAP and SCAN — every audit certificate required by European and American retailers.
  • Safety control: all finished products must pass metal detection before delivery to avoid broken-needle risks.
