Equipped with dyeing machines to complete dyeing, washing and color fixation in-house — with dedicated color approval loops driven by our internal LAB.

Bonding Workshop

Bonding Workshop

Seamless heat-pressing craftsmanship. Monthly output of 150,000–200,000 pieces of seamless underwear with clean, wearable bonded seams.

Sewing Workshop
Workshop 04

Sewing Workshop

Stitching, trimming and final assembly across 46 sewing lines today — scaling to 60 lines by 2027 as Phase III comes online.

Internal LAB
Workshop 05

Internal LAB

Darkroom, color-fastness testers and tensile testing machines. Technicians hold BV and SGS qualifications for fabric testing, color matching and lab-dip approval.

Packing Workshop

Packing Workshop

Sort, fold, tag and metal-detect. Every finished carton leaves the floor retailer-ready to European and American specifications.
